It appears that a long-time bike shop has been sold to Trek. In an email sent this morning, the longtime owner of the regional bike shop Revolution, anounced that "The time has come for us to pass the baton and move into the next chapter of our lives".
"We have found that partner in Trek Bicycle. We know they will do a great job and that your experience with our shops and cycling in DC, Maryland, and Virginia will continue to improve under their guidance and leadership."The full message can be seen here.
